| Planning for Retreat |
1. Register Early. A $50 Deposit will secure your seat for the November retreat.
The weekend retreat space is limited, so everyone has a comfortable amount of working space. Retreats do sell out.

2. Your registration balance is due 1 week prior to your retreat. You will receive a email or letter with the balance
you have left to pay 2 weeks prior to your retreat. You can mail the balance or you will be given a link to make your payment
on line.

3. Pre Plan your pages. We suggest you bring a few different themes or projects along to the retreat. If you limit the
themes you can just bring the items that coordinate with those themes.

4. Bring your favorite tools. We all have our favorite tools. Bring them along, many times others are wondering how they
work. We have refills for several adhesive runners, trimmers and Xyrons.

5. Snacks & Beverages. The crop room is available to you 24/7. We all need food & water. Feel free to bring your favorite
snack and your favorite beverages for your guest room. The hotel's policy is that you can not bring in food the crop
room that was not purchased through the hotel catering service. You might want to bring a covered cup for your
beverages, less chance of spills that could damage your pages.

6. Clothing. The temperature in the crop room can vary from cool in the morning to warm in the afternoon. All of our internal
thermostats are a little different. Please dress in layers. Bring comfortable clothing: sweats, Pj's, slippers, what ever you are
comfortable in.

7. Come to have a refreshing weekend. This weekend is really about what you want to do. You can -
- sleep in
- go shopping
- lounge by the pool
- go for a walk
- read a book
- make your Christmas cards
- make invitations for an event
- get caught up on your scrapbooking
- do what ever you choose, no one will bother you.
5. On-Site Scrapbook Store. We bring our complete scrapbook store along to the retreat. We keep a tab and you pay
before you leave.
